Functional foods
Due to modern agricultural practices alot of the fresh food available in supermarkets is nutrient deficient, this along with the fact that we often eat highly processed foods means we are often not getting the essential nutrients we need for optimal health. By incorporating organic and wildcrafted nutrient rich functional foods into our daily diet we can get all the essential nutrients necessary to live a healthy and happy life. These foods are what we call whole food supplements; in the sense that they are whole foods with minimal processing that when incorporated into our daily meals not only enrich them nutritionally but also add delicous exotic flavours.
