Description

We have called this particular bar our light chocolate because it has a lower cacao content than the other bars and is therefore not as intense. The lucuma powder comes from the lucuma fruit, which is one of the sapote family and has a creamy citrusy flavour. It is high in vitamins. The maca powder has a slightly bitter, nutty caramelly flavour and is high in protein and minerals. These two flavours combined give the bar a distinctively sweet, caramelly nutty flavour.

This is my favourite bar at the moment and I think this maybe because I can eat more of this particular flavour in one sitting than I can of the other flavours.
